Return & Exchange Policy

  • We strive for customer satisfaction with our selection of printed and embroidered items, which include a variety of apparel and accessories such as t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, hats, custom name tags, stickers, coffee mugs, and blankets. Due to these items being made-to-order, returns or exchanges are only accepted in the event of a misprint, damage, or defect.
  • For our pet products, including dog harnesses, leashes, and collars, we accept returns of new and unused items within 14 days of receiving your product. Return shipping costs will not be covered unless there is damage or a defect in the product. To initiate a return please email us with your return reason, order number, and indicate "SURP RETURN" in the subject line. Submit your return via email to: richard@sfbuff.com
  • Claims for damaged, defective, or misprinted items must be reported within 14 days of receiving the product. Please include photographic evidence of the issue, your order number, and indicate "SURP CLAIM" in the subject line. Submit your claim via email to: richard@sfbuff.com
  • We encourage customers to review the sizing charts provided for each item before making a purchase, as sizing may vary between different brands.
